About Me

Hello, And Welcome!

Christianna Poblete is a Filipino-American dancer and creative writer originally from Akron, Ohio. Beginning her dance training in ballet with a small youth company, she developed a strong passion for dance and later attended high school at Walnut Hill School for the Arts. She continued her studies at Skidmore College as a double major in Dance and English. Christianna has worked with renowned choreographers including Robert Battle, Shakia “The Key” Barron, and Mosceleyne ParkeHarrison. Additionally, she has performed with Ballet BC at the Orsolina28 Arts Foundation. As well as BalletX and Oberlin Dance Collective through the guest artist residencies at Skidmore College. Christianna is an evolving creative writer and enjoys marrying her two passions when the opportunity arises.

Christianna is a continually curious individual who hopes to never stop learning. She enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, reading various fiction novels, and exploring the world of live art. If you see her out and about, there is a 99% chance that her Bose headphones have accompanied her, as she believes in curating a soundtrack for her life, love, and loss.
